摘要
The second primary cancer constitutes a bad announcement again. Another stage in the route of care which is going to produce deeply moving effects on the side of the patient, the family, and the nursing team. The collected clinical material with the patients and their families shows that the past of the patient, his history, and route with the first cancer impact, even shape, his adjustment to the real life experiment of the second primary cancer. As for the real life experiment of the health caregiver facing the announcement of the second primitive cancer, it is essentially up to the subjectivity of the physician. These effects would need to be explored on a larger sample of patients.
