摘要：
Drug development has opened new perspectives for the treatment of patients with psoriasis. Existing treatments have been improved in order to maximize clinical efficacy and to minimize side-effects. Recently two new treatments have been introduced for routine treatment: cyclosporin and calcipotriol. Experimental treatments are in various phases of development. The aim of the present review is to highlight the most important new developments in the treatment of psoriasis.
