摘要：

Enormous airway secretion after lung resection is common and can lead to dyspnea and radiological anomalies. Depending on the patient's medical history, it can lead to heart failure, which appears in arrythmia or pulmonary edema. An inflammatory event with high level of proinflammatory cytokines can also lead to arrythmia. The stretch of the wall of vessels can also cause a cytokine release, and the thromboembolic event is a possible common cause of this stretch in the perioperative period.
