摘要
For decision makers, this paper proposes a method which integrates the secondary indicators into the first-level indicators and applies the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network. The results show that this method has better accuracy and can meet the needs of comprehensive evaluation of distribution network.
