DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF NUMBER OF BACHELOR'S DEGREE PROGRAMMES OFFERED BY ROMANIAN UNIVERSITIES ON THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS, DURING 2000-2012

The aim of this paper is to highlight the way in which the number of students, during 2000-2012, has been influenced by the evolution of the number of bachelor's degree programmes. Its purpose is to identify the main changes in the evolution of the number of people who underwent bachelor studies in the aforementioned period - this cycleof studies is the first step in pursuing a higher education form. For this article, a period of five years before the introduction of the Bologna system has been taken into account and also, eight years after its implementation. The result of the study is represented by the identification of the consequences produced by adding / removing study programmesin the number of students in the pre-Bologna and Bologna system.
