摘要：

A CPV (Concentrated Photovoltaic) cells test system is presented. Based on the Two Axis sun-tracker system, a CPV cells test program has been designed using LabVIEW.In a typical test, the photovoltaic cells' I-V characteristics had been scanned by the Keithly 2602A sourcemeter during the natural conditions, the I-V curve had been generated in the front panel of the program immediately, the key parameters had been obtained and restored, e.g. Isc, Voc, Pmax. The experiment results show that the test program is high-efficiency.
