摘要
The goal of the paper is to present machine learning (ML) solutions applicability in the management of contemporary business organisation primarily focusing on the improvement of decision-making processes and the role of supervised and unsupervised learning in its support. The paper defines and characterises fundamental components of machine learning, provides benefits resulting from its application mainly in business domains as well as reviews the applications, case studies and practical examples. The research study presented in the paper underlines the advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned solution.
