摘要：

We present in this paper researches performed in authors laboratory on computerized analysis of chest CT images towards computer aided diagnosis. First, after the brief introduction of the CAD system of chest photofluorograms, computer aided detection of three dimensional (3D) nodules suspected to be cancer is introduced. Second quantitative feature measurement from 3D chest images and its application to discrimination of benign and malignant tumors are described. Third the navigation diagnosis using "virtualized human body" is introduced. As an example, the virtualized endoscope system (VES) is shown.
