摘要
Green culture is not new in Malaysian organizations. This culture is now accepted and has become a norm among Malaysian employees in public or private sector. The common green activities include 3Rs (reduce, recycle and reuse) and 5S. The existence of green culture may influence employees' commitment towards their organizations. Their commitments can be materialized affectively, normatively and continually. The results of this study indicated the majority of UiTM staff proofread documents on computer screen before printing them (m = 4.28, SD = .80). The respondents also chose to have face to face meeting rather than online meeting as to ensure their communications end effectively and efficiently (m = 3.11, SD = 1.09). It was also found that the level of organizational commitment by UiTM staff towards their organization was high (m = 3.65, SD = .43).
