摘要
In the last years "thinking green" has become the keyword for a more sustainable future; the prevention of the worsening of the environmental conditions produced a strong reduction on ICE emissions that has been, in the recent past, the driving force of the engine evolution. Today, a new interest appeared on the scene and it is CO2 reduction: this goal is focusing the attention of the actual ICE technological evolution and a huge interest is characterizing the market. In this paper the Authors studied an energy recovery system from the exhaust gasses, integrated with the turbocharger, considering that the enthalpy drop across the turbine is usually higher than that requested by the compressor.
