摘要：

The prognosis of graft patients has been improved by progress of immunosuppressive agent and the usage, but it is expected that incidence of malignancy may be increased in the future. Therefore all such individuals require gynecological and cytological examination at regular intervals to identify premalignant and early malignant changes and to initiate appropriate therapy.
