摘要：
The paper presents some particular concerns regarding the communication process in technical higher education training. The paper begins with the model of the communication process and continues with an analysis of the problems that occur when teaching technical subjects; this is closely related to the participants' behavioural types in the communication process. An interesting case study is also presented, which offers useful conclusions for those concerned with increasing the quality of the communication process in this field.
