摘要
The study gives an overview of knowledge of current world literature about psychosocial stress in women. It deals with the total work load of women and with the demands that are resulting from their multiple roles. It compares the knowledge about reactions of women and men on stressors and about the differences in coping with stress. The study picks up the specific problems the women meet in their jobs. The attention is paid to women in leading positions, to women realizing their professional career and to the problems of women's health.
