摘要
Based on the major research accomplishments on conversational analysis in the field of text linguistics, this article has illustrated the characteristics, rules and relevant control strategies of turn-taking, and tried to shed some light on the coping mechanisms in an oral English class from the perspectives of both teaching and learning.
