摘要
Starting with some Characteristics of the structural logic of professional behaviour the question is raised, how the experiences in group supervision can contribute to learning professional attitudes. The special focus describes the group as system of reference for professionals. The development of professional characteristics as the hermeneutic competence, the importance of autonomy, the competence of triangulation and the diagnostic orientation are discussed as the essential agents of professionalization. Group supervision is confirmed as indispensable for the purpose of professionalization and of supporting the development of a professional identity.
