摘要
The article deals with the issues of foreign language and professional training of students in "Linguistics" from the standpoint of ethno-cultural identity formation. It is noted that interethnic communication, as a phenomenon of peoples' vital activity, contributes to the formation and consolidation of cultural forms and ways of personal interaction. In the process of interethnic communication, it is realized the transfer of social and emotional experience, that expends the professional activity of the future linguists, making them responsible subjects of the dialogue of cultures. This process requires the formation of professional and personal qualities. The theoretical positions presented in the article were verified during the practical approbation in the form of a pedagogical experiment. The first stage of the experiment consisted in diagnosing the initial level of students' preparedness for the implementation of ethnocultural communication in a foreign language, identifying priorities in foreign-language professionally oriented education, as well as clarifying the students' opinions on the professionally significant personal qualities needed for future bachelors. The obtained results formed the basis of the second stage of the experiment - the experimental training. After this work students were re-interviewed. The results of experimental approbation make it possible to ascertain the increase in the students' readiness level for professional linguistic activity, the positive dynamics in the students' perception about the importance of interethnic communication, the increase in the level of ethno-cultural identity of students and awareness of their belonging to the Russian ethno-cultural community through the study of a foreign language and culture. As a result of the presented research it is scientifically grounded the priority of interethnic communication of future bachelors' foreign language training. The phenomenon of interethnic communication is the link that determines the features and nature of the purpose, content, methodological, and software levels of the educational system. The presented theoretical thesis form the basis of the author's concept, which fosters the professional and personal development of future bachelors in linguistics. In our opinion the received theoretical and experimental results can be used in foreign language and professional training of bachelors and masters of similar fields.
