摘要：
This paper discusses on the dialectical relation between technological innovation and core competence. At first the paper shows how technological innovation fosters and strengthenes enterprise core competence, afterwards, demonstrates how enterprise core competence promotes and guides technological innovation. Finally, suggestions has been put forward to foster enterprise core competence and to realize the inter-dynamic spiral developing state.
