As more organizations undertake Business Process Change (BPC) projects, IT becomes an enabler to organizational change, and how to managing the IT based change is becoming a serious and unavoidable problem to every member of the companies. In this paper, the authors first illustrate the definition of business process change based on an organizational system view, and present four types of process change focus on two dimension: tuning, adaptation, reorientation, and recreation.
