Finite element stress and vibration analysis of sandwich and multilayered beams

摘要
In present work, the stress and vibration finite element anal:,sis of laminated and sandwich beams is performed. Finite element algorithms and procedures integrated into the original FEA program system and based oil the first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT), third-order theory of Reddy (TSDT-R) and third-order theory of Kant (TSDT-K) and Lanczos method for the solving: of the eigenproblem are developed. Several numerical examples of bending and free vibration of sandwich beams with various material and geometry properties are solved. The comparative analysis of results obtained by the considered models and solutions of the 2D problems of the heterogeneous anisotropic elasticity is fulfilled.
