摘要
According to the theory of quasi-phase matching, we designed the periodic domain structure in beta'-Gd-2(MoO4)(3) crystal for second harmonic generation. The fabrication of periodic domain structure in beta'-Gd-2(MoO4)(3) crystal was first reported. The output of frequency doubling of 1.064 mum fundamental wave has been obtained by using the periodically poled beta'-Gd-2(MoO4)(3) crystal samples. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
