In view of the gradual increase of competitors in the legal profession, entrepreneurship becomes a fundamental attitude for acting in this professional field. Therefore, this article, through a bibliographic review, points out strategies that lawyers can adopt in the exercise of their profession, based on innovations, whether in process, service or marketing, according to the classification indicated in the Oslo Manual. Based on this proposition, it is observed that, in addition to legal knowledge, it is important for the legal professional to know how to operate management tools, as well as to have general notions about the execution of business strategies, without losing sight of the virtues peculiar to law. This, therefore, the technological resources will be means for the lawyer to potentiate his performance, as well as offer a better systematization of information that helps him in making legal decisions.
