摘要：
A new taxane diterpenenoid, 7beta, 9alpha, 10beta, 13alpha, 15-pentahydroxy-2alpha, 4alpha-diacetoxy-abeo-baccatin-VI(1), has been isolated from the bark of Taxus wallichiana Zucc. Its structure has been elucidated by extensive NMR studies including the 2D-NMR experiments. Besides, three know substances, 4-(4'-hydroxyplenyl)-2-butanone, 4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol and 9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadiene-3-one-3-oxo-alpha-ionol, have also been isolated from the same source and identified on the basis of their spectral data and literature evidences. This paper represents the first report of these substances from Taxus wallichiana.
