摘要
A session at this summer's international AIDS conference in Vancouver focused on the use of harm-reduction policies to reduce the spread of disease caused by injection drug use. The concept, which is gaining popularity, focuses on the need to limit the harm caused by drug use, not on elimination of the problem.
