In the section regarding research findings and their assessment, frequency distribution of participants' demographic characteristics, standard deviation and mean values of research variables are included to make the data ready to analyze; results of reliability analysis are taken into consideration to determine if the data are suitable for statistical analysis; results of Independent Samples T-Test and One Way ANOVA are included to compare two groups and make comparisons between more than two groups respectively. Correlation and Regression analyses are made to determine the relationship between the perceptions of participants regarding job satisfaction level and ethical climate. According to findings obtained from the research, we can say that the ethical climate perception of teachers related to considering what's best for others in their institutions is in the medium-level. We can also say that the ethical climate perception of teachers related to laws, rules and policies in their institutions are high. When the findings obtained from the research are considered, it is seen that there is a significant relationship between teachers' job satisfaction levels and their perception of the dimension of considering what's best for others in an ethical climate.
