Described herein is a 39-year-old man with systemic lupus erythematosus not receiving corticosteroid therapy who developed Libman-Sacks endocarditis causing stenosis of a bioprosthesis in the aortic valve position. (C) 2019 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
