摘要
We report here the growth of Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowires by vapour phase transport growth method by employing carbothermal route on silicon and quartz substrates. The thin layers of copper and tin coated on substrates act as catalysts for the growth of nanowires by vapour-liquid-solid (VLS) growth mechanism.
