摘要
Seismic qualities expect an energetic part in the Carbonate reservoir portrayal. The precise streamlining of seismic characteristics for predicting the porosity and fractures of thin-bedded carbonate reservoir is the contest for prospect development. The continuous wavelet transforms (CWT) of spectral decomposition (SD) tool is applied for prediction of porous reservoirs within the Sui Main Limestone (SML) Formation, SW Pakistan. The seismic and absolute average amplitudes depict the potential lithology and fractures inside the incomplete reservoir degree. However, the CWT detects the lateral distribution of reservoir lithology, fault system, and dense fracture network within the complete carbonate reservoir system at 22 Hz, 37 Hz, and 48 Hz. The synthetic wedge model settles a 33 m thick limestone bed. The conventional porosity model settles a high-quality (about 20% porosity) lenticular limestone lens, which affirms the implications for gas-bearing stratigraphic traps. The spectrally decomposed acoustic impedance-based porosity models at 28 Hz, 37 Hz, and 48 Hz substantiate the lenticular reservoirs inside the 15-30% porosity.
