摘要
The simultaneous generation of both co-polarized and cross-polarized polarization entangled photons from a monolithic semiconductor chip is demonstrated. High quality entanglement is achieved with no use of any off-chip compensation, interferometry or filtering. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
