摘要：

We considered the problem of revenue sharing contracts between Content Providers (CPs) to a common Internet Service Provider (ISP), under which the ISP makes investment decision to improve quality of sAervice for users. We apply the Moral Hazard framework to derive the optimal sharing mechanism when the CPs compete to maximize their net revenues. We considered two cases: (i) ISP does not differentiates between the CPs and make a common investment for both CPs and (ii) ISP differentiate between CPs by taking different investment decisions. We compare the social utilities in both scenarios.
