摘要
The catalytic pyrolysis of waste woody biomass over SAPO-11 was investigated, for the first time, using medium density fiberboard (MDF) as a model compound. Acid sites of SAPO-11 were shown to improve the quality of the MDF-derived bio-oil. Deoxygenation occurring during the catalytic upgrading process decreased the oxygen content in the bio-oil and increased the gas yield. The pyrolysis product gas was composed of CO, CO2 and C-1-C-4 hydrocarbons. The yield of CO increased with increasing temperature. The main products of the non-catalytic pyrolysis product oil were acids, oxygenates and phenolics. On the other hand, catalytic upgrading reduced the oxygenate content, while increasing the contents of furans, aromatics and phenolics in the bio-oil.
