摘要：

Vocational education and training of students should not only have the necessary knowledge and skills, should also have the ability to face the reality and future career, so that students are able to achieve high-quality employment. Whether graduates satisfied or not and quality employment, they are measures of the standard of higher vocational education pros and cons, for this reason, this paper discusses how to improve the quality of vocational college graduates through four aspects, aiming to achieve sustainable development of China's higher vocational education.
