With the development of a new generation electronic circuits, the working voltage of digital signal processors such as high-performance FPGAs is getting lower and the current is getting larger. The efficiency requirements for power supply arc more stringent. In order to improve the efficiency, a resonant reset staggered parallel synchronous rectifier forward circuit was used, and a 5 V/30 A power supply prototype was developed through modal analysis and circuit simulation. The measured operating voltage of the power supply could cover the range of 20 similar to 50 V, and the full-load efficiency was as high as 90.9%. Compared with the traditional aerospace power supply of the same specification, the efficiency was increased by more than 10%, and the loss was reduced by up to 22.5 W. In addition, under the condition of synchronous rectification light load / no load, the problem of voltage spike overshoot of the freewheeling tube was solved. This circuit has the characteristics of high efficiency and high reliability, and is suitable for aerospace application environment.
