摘要：
In this paper, based on basic theory of dissipative structure, some problems in university continuing education administrator management ability system are discussed through analyzing formation conditions of dissipative structure and dissipative structure characteristics of the continuing education administrator management ability system. These problems include: the nonlinear mechanism existing in elements of continuing education administrator management ability system, non-equilibrium and non-reversibility of management ability system, and acceleration of management techniques and approaches on formation and development of management ability dissipative structure.
