摘要
The main shock and some aftershocks of Jiuzhaigou M7.0 earthquake are located with seismic interferometry in this study. Seismic interferometric method is widely used on seismic exploration data with controlled sources. But it is not often used on natural earthquakes, because the focal mechanism and source radiation pattern are complicated. In this study, for eliminating the difference of the first motion direction caused by source radiation pattern, the eigenfunctions are calculated. Then, using two types of migration kernels, cross-correlation and convolution, interferometric waves are migrated and stacked. After this processing, the horizontal position and depth of this earthquake sequence are estimated by interferometric source imaging.
