摘要：

Based on the explanation of the necessity of graduate student base for innovation practice, the principle of construction of the base and the concrete implementation of some suggestions are presented in this paper. As long as we persist the principles of mutual trust and mutual benefit, taking man as the foundation, and actual result, in the basis of the research on the project, the graduate student innovation practice base can continue to healthy virtuous operation, and play its important role in the professional degrees of graduate education.
