摘要
Thirteen patients of gastric cancer with severe peritoneal disseminations underwent subtotal peritonectomy (SP) in combination with chemohyperthermic peritoneal perfusion (CHPP), developed for the new therapeutic strategy in our department. There was no related deaths related with the procedures. Histopathological study revealed multiple peitoneal seedings with negative surgical margins in 9 of 13 patients. The 1-year survival rate (1 ysr) and the 2-year survival rate (2-ysr) were 56% and 28%, respectively. The 1-ysr and the 2-ysr of the patients who underwent complete resection were 86% and 43% significantly greater than than the 0% and 0% of the patients who had residual tui-nors (p<0.01). These procedures have great possibilities in complete reection of peritoneal dissemination and elongation of patient's survival.
