摘要：
New insights are provided into logistics outsourcing relationship by examining the factors and consequences of trust in such relationship. A model of logistics outsourcing relationship from a demander's perspective is proposed and empirically tested using a sample of 51 firms with various types of logistics outsourcing. The results indicate that the same factor has different effects on the three dimensions of trust and the three dimensions of trust have different effects on the consequences respectively. Here trust is decomposed into three dimensions: competence trust, goodwill trust, and integrity trust.
