摘要
The main aim of the research article is to underline the connection between early school leavers, persons with low educational attainment (25-64 years old), individuals' low level of computer skills, public expenditure on education, total employed population. Descriptive statistics and correlation was used to analyze the data. The main findings revealed important correlations between three indicators: early school leavers, persons with low educational attainment (25-64 years old) and individuals' low level of computer skills. Eventhough there is no connection between all the elements, the two variables: public expenditure on education and total employed population have an important influence, form the point of view of their focus: more on modernization of educational and professional training systems through technology.
