摘要
The present paper aim is the approach of legale aspects and health-care marketing delineation related to other marketing specialization. The main objective of health-care services marketing concerns the services evaluation in a competitive market and the assurance of an adequate mixconcerning costs and health-care activity efficiency. The particularities of health-core services marketing deals priority the necessity of demand and offer regulation for limited financial resources.
