摘要：
The subject of the processed topic is to discuss the level of health services through a variety of legal forms. In the context with the performed transformation of legal form of the selected hospitals we can evaluate the elapsed period of their existence. The article aims to analyze the hospitals by means of chosen indicators between 2007 and 2011, and find out the difference of legal forms used in the period. Empirical research has been conducted evaluating secondary data taken from the financial statements and internal materials of hospitals in 2007 and 2011. Expected theoretical and practical contribution will lead to the drafting of a set of indicators evaluating the financial health of hospitals, which are related to the use of legal forms.
