摘要
A new fatigue-life evaluation methodology is being developed for the new Manual for Condition Evaluation and Load and Resistance Factor Rating of Highway Bridges. It is based upon the Guide Specifications for Fatigue Evaluation of Existing Steel Bridges and the fatigue design procedures of the LRFD Bridge Design Specifications. The basis for the new methodology is described herein.
