摘要：

The article offers the technique of grouping the regions of Ukraine into regions-donors and regions-recipients according to the ratio of the total regional product per capita to charges per capita. It is grounded that households of the regions-donors are guided primarily by the hired tabour in the given region, and in the region-recipient - by the external tabour migration.
