摘要：
Firms can enjoy competitive advantage by developing a capability to manage cooperation more successfully than others. This paper firstly analyzes three orientation dimensions of knowledge innovation strategy for knowledge-based firms. On the second step, it explains four kinds of contributions R&D cooperation made and builds a promotion system for knowledge innovation based on the above mentioned contribution structure. Then corresponding to the three innovation strategic dimensions, it expresses how the mechanisms included in knowledge innovation promotion system affect efficiently.
