Evaluating the Vital Communication Node Based on Node Estranging

摘要
The Internet is essentially a heterogeneous network, and is "robust and fragile". Evaluating the importance of the node is the critical foundation for the deployment of resources. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing methods and proposes a method known as node estranging method, through estranging the link weight. A new Metric is proposed which reflect the node location information in whole network and the local connectivity. Simulation results show that the node distance method can better evaluate the importance of the node, and other methods compared to the finer granularity.
