摘要
Metal (Ni-Fe)-supported solid oxide fuel cells were prepared using the cost-effective tape casting, multilayer cofiring, and impregnation methods in this paper. MSC with Ni-YSZ as the functional anode, YSZ as the electrolyte and impregnated La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-delta(LSCF) as the cathode. The maximum power density reached 0.72 mW/cm(2) at 750 degrees C and the polarization resistance was 0.20 Omega cm(2). The complex electrochemical processes of MSC was studied by using the distribution of relaxation times (DRT) method and different physical and chemistry processes of MSC were clearly distinguished. Combined the results of DRT and SEM, the coarsening and growth of LSCF and Ni in the electrodes resulted in the degradation of MSC stability. On the whole, the new structure Ni-Fe vertical bar Ni-YSZ vertical bar YSZ vertical bar YSZ-LSCF showing promising prospects for performance improvement and potential applications.
