Analysis of the force acting on the matrix of a superconducting filter in high magnetic field

摘要
The subject of the paper is one of the high gradient magnetic separator constructions: a matrix separator of cyclical work - serving as a magnetic filter. The analyses of movement of the matrix in the magnetic field exited by the superconducting coil are performed. For different magnetic field distribution in the working space of filter authors will present an calculation of force acting on the ferromagnetic medium. Mathematical model describing matrix movement is shown. Comparative analyses of computation results with experimental research are presented.
