摘要：

The ability to communicate ideas in the world of engineering is imperative. A tool which greatly enhances the capability to convey ideas is three dimensional CADD. This report focuses on this technology's application in the world of Civil Engineering. Utilizing three dimensional CADD to its full capabilities gives the consulting engineer the opportunity to clearly communicate ideas to our customers: both the client and the public.
