摘要
The need to optimize intellectual network mode based on the Smart Grid concept with a two-way energy flow function supplied from both energy system and self distributed generation sources is justified in the paper. Due to this fact, the concept of "Generating Consumer" is introduced. It allows one to flexibly regulate the energy flows and balance the load as well as to minimize financial costs of power consumption. A new holonic approach is introduced by separate different nature sub-systems (holons) combined into some hierarchy system which is identified as holarchy. The mathematical model of optimal power consumption used by generating consumer as linear algebraic equations system (SLAE) with two-way energy flow considering two-zone electricity tariff is proposed in the paper. The model provides for some set of rules for intellectual network optimal mode balance taking into account the possibility of energy storage. To solve the optimization problem, the Swarm Intelligence algorithm universal method is used based on the priority of rules. A new notion is introduced and justified holonic approach - within the SmartGrid concept as well as a new term "Generating consumer-holon" (GC-holon) implying the capability of energy consumer to independently generate the electricity by means of renewable energy sources, accumulate it and exchange the power of other similar GC-holons with the basic generating system. The priority system selection of generation sources is developed ensuring financial costs minimization for the energy consumer.
