摘要
This research identifies trends that will occur in entrepreneurship in the twenty-first century. The research emphasizes the paradigm shift of leaders who grow up and lived during the World War II period versus the next generation of leaders. The research emphasizes the need to think ''outside of the box,'' to be creative thinkers and to think in global terms.
