摘要：
Subharmonic injection-locking and self-oscillating mixing functions of a modified Colpitts oscillator operating at 1 GHz are reported. The injection-locking circuit, using a GaAs FET, is described theoretically and experimentally. Phase noise, power consumption and conversion gain measurements indicate that the proposed design is attractive for low-cost, low-power consumption front-ends.
